Alessandro 32da607fe2 flo/deb: disable wlan PMF 
* After I4c120e1f094a7b039837779f58d15cfc7f68d697 merged in
   android-10.0.0_r31, the device fails to connect to PMF enabled
   (not necessarily enforced) wifi access points.
 * Stop advertising that we are PMF compatible to solve the issue.

Setting the beacon missed count threshold
with a difference of 10 to improve stability
of the WIFI connection.
