The current HIDL implementation needs BT_WAKE_VIA_PROC_NOTIFY_DEASSERT,
and PROC_BTWRITE_TIMER_TIMEOUT_MS = 0, same as angler.

* Kernel is still using drivers/rtc/alarm.c, instead of the newer
  kernel/time/alarmtimer.c
