Jeff Sharkey cc7385d30f Updated external storage configuration. 
vold now manages external storage in a much more dynamic fashion,
so we no longer need to define FUSE daemons or mount points.

Jake Jackson 84afbb329e klte-common: reduce minimum MANUAL brightness to darker level 
This will change the minimum MANUAL brightness to match the new minimum
AUTO brightness as some users may wish to manually set the brightness as
well.

Phillip Berndt 6b9dee24e2 klte-common: Fixed DTS files list in mkbootimg.mk 
Commas are wrong. For example,

$ cat > Makefile
FOO = $(wildcard a*),$(wildcard b*)
$(foreach i,$(FOO),$(info $(i)))
^D
$ touch aa ab ac ba bb bc
$ make
aa
ab
ac,ba
bb
bc

The wildcard commands should be separated by spaces instead.

Regi24 8437778b1c Fix fstab definition of usb storage 
Removable storage is always noemulated and should be consistent with the
rest of android.

Also fixes apps2sd to usb storage.

Steve Kondik a78f495221 klte-common: Use low latency as primary audio output 
* What Qualcomm was trying to fix was a real problem, it just created
  even more problems which are incredibly difficult to solve such as
  underruns and even broken apps (Loop reader, etc). Do it Google's
  way and forget it- it's a non-issue with offloading anyway.
