* Fixes auto focus race condition in stock camera app that causes

f8f16f4935 klte-common: Stop using voice paths for VOIP. 
Some apps like Tango were getting the wrong paths
  for calls.  Allow use of VOIP paths to enable the
  correct TX and RX devices.
