msm8226-common: Remove libhwbinder/libhidltransport deps 
Since these were combined into libhidlbase.

Test: build only (libhwbinder/libhidltransport are empty)

msm8226-common: camera: add libnativewindow and libgui libs 
These are now needed to access some native buffer headers.

* Rename msm8974-common -> msm8226-common
 * Import the old msm8226-common camera wrapper and apply :

 * Import rootdir files from stock SM-G800H release, rework it taking as
 example klte one and import stock ondemand governor parameters
 * Adapt seccomp policy for msm8226
 * Adapt sensor multihal for msm8226
 * Adapt sepolicy for msm8226-common

39da7d7fa2 msm8974-common: Fixup CameraWrapper for L 
-Also clean up code and get rid of warnings.
   Clean up from Arne Coucheron works on other samsung wrappers.

  -Requires device tree to include a CameraParametersExtra.h
   for the specific device.
