c1dfc8a51f msm8976-common: Pin .vdex files as well 
.vdex files have been added to allow pre-verified dex.  The pinner
service needs to take this in account when pinning.  Add pinning of
appropriate system .vdex files on 8996 targets.

Test:  Tested manually by confirming pinning is successful

65c386d2b7 msm8976-common: Add fingerprint_error_vendor overlay 
* For some reason samsung sends 1001 fingerprint error id
  and that makes stuff crash cause of missing / null error message.
  Adding dummy message fixes that, althought I am still unsure what
  1001 is supposed to mean.

9a442ba434 msm8976-common: limit the number of fingerprints to 4 
* FP trustlet limits the number to 4.
* framework-level limitation is also needed
  or FP trustlet would perform incorrectly after enroll more than 4 fingerprints.
