[PATCH] kobject_uevent CONFIG_NET=n fix

Netlink is unconditionally enabled if CONFIG_NET, so that's OK.

kobject_uevent.o is compiled even if !CONFIG_HOTPLUG, which is lazy.

Let's compound the sin.
