Maya Erez 0375b15d28 mmc: msm_sdcc: Enable eMMCv4.5 BKOPS support 
Set MMC_CAP2_INIT_BKOPS. This will set the BKOPS_EN bit in the
ext_csd register. The BKOPS_EN bit is one time programmable.
