Kevin F. Haggerty 6120451c01 ARM: configs: lineage_*: Disable CONFIG_CRYPTO_FIPS 
* For some reason, decryption magically started failing with
  "crypto_lookup failed due to FIPS error: eseqiv". We
  can go without.

Kevin F. Haggerty 4d38417e8b ARM: configs: lineage_*: Kang moar non-default netfilter options 
* Our previous ones weren't quite enough for the backported netfilter
  chain to allow tethering. These now align to HTC msm8974 and
  Samsung msm8930, both of which had functional tethering.
