soundwire: Linux driver framework for SoundWire SoundWire is a specification developed by MIPI(Mobile Industry Processor Interface) alliance. SoundWire is a 2-wire bus used to communicate with peripheral components like audio. SoundWire Master interface can communicate upto eleven SoundWire slave interfaces on common bus where each slave can contain up to 14 data ports with up to 8 channels per data port. This reduces pin count on the target. SoundWire uses TDM(Time Division Multiplexing) communication between Master and Slave devices. SoundWire framework registers Master and devices to the bus for communicating with each other. soundwire: Initial version of soundwire master Add soundwire master driver for soundwire master controller. This driver initializes soundwire master controller hardware and adds soundwire slave devices to the bus. It handles all the interrupts generated by soundwire bus. It also handles the port configuration of slave devices and master for audio data transfer between master and slave ports.
