ACPI: delete unused acpi_evaluate_string()

Roel found a logic issue in the #if 0 acpi_evaluate_string():

-           || (element->type != ACPI_TYPE_BUFFER)
+           && (element->type != ACPI_TYPE_BUFFER)

delete the dead code.
