ARM: 5850/1: [AT91] AT572D940HF processor support

Add support for the Atmel AT572D940HF processor (DIOPSIS range).
This processor integrates an ARM926 core, a DSP and the SoC
peripherals usually found on an AT91 processor (USART, SSC, SPI, TWI,
CAN, etc)
