[PARISC] Kill duplicated EXPORT_SYMBOL warnings

Some symbols are exported both in parisc_ksyms.c, and at their
definition site. Nuke the redundant EXPORT_SYMBOL in ksyms to quiet
warnings when vmlinux is linked.
