The definition of list_next_entry in qcrypto.c and ipa_dp.c has been
removed, as upstream has moved the definition to list.h. The implementation
of list_next_entry was identical between the two.
irq.c, for both arm and arm64 architecture, has had its calls to
__irq_set_affinity_locked updated to reflect changes to the API upstream.
Finally, as we have removed the sleep_length member variable of the
tick_sched struct, all changes made by upstream commit

iio: buffer: Fix demux table creation
commit 61bd55ce1667809f022be88da77db17add90ea4e upstream. When creating the demux table we need to iterate over the selected scan mask for the buffer to get the samples which should be copied to destination buffer. Right now the code uses the mask which contains all active channels, which means the demux table contains entries which causes it to copy all the samples from source to destination buffer one by one without doing any demuxing. iio: of_iio_channel_get_by_name() returns non-null pointers for error legs

Currently in the inkern.c code for IIO framework, the function of_iio_channel_get_by_name() will return a non-NULL pointer when it cannot find a channel using of_iio_channel_get() and when it tries to search for 'io-channel-ranges' property and fails. This is incorrect behaviour as the function which calls this expects a NULL pointer for failure. This patch rectifies the issue. iio: querying buffer scan_mask should return 0/1

Currently querying the scan mask has the value returned by test_bit(), which returns either true or false. For some architectures test_bit() may return -1 for true, which will appear to return an error when returning from iio_scan_mask_query(). Additionally, it's important for the sysfs interface to consistently return the same thing when querying the scan_mask. Remove GENERIC_HARDIRQ config option
After the last architecture switched to generic hard irqs the config options HAVE_GENERIC_HARDIRQS & GENERIC_HARDIRQS and the related code for !CONFIG_GENERIC_HARDIRQS can be removed. commit 3425c0f7ac61f2fcfb7f2728e9b7ba7e27aec429 upstream. A single channel in this driver was using the IIO_ST macro. This does not provide a parameter for setting the endianness of the channel. Thus this channel will have been reported as whatever is the native endianness of the cpu rather than big endian. This means it would be incorrect on little endian platforms. Without this fix the offset applied by iio drivers will be ignored when converting a raw value to one in appropriate base units (e.g mV) in a IIO client drivers that use iio_convert_raw_to_processed including iio-hwmon. iio:trigger: Introduce iio_tigger_{set,get}_drvdata
Introduce iio_tigger_{set,get}_drvdata which allows to attach driver specific
data to a trigger. The functions wrap access to the triggers private_data field
and all current users are updated to use iio_tigger_{set,get}_drvdata instead of
directly accessing the private_data field. This is the first step towards
removing the private_data field from the iio_trigger struct.

iio:ad7923: Implement scale reporting
The driver already claims to support scale reporting in its channel spec, but doesn't actually implement this yet. This patch uses the regulator API to get the reference voltage and calculates the scale based on that. The patch also moves the global configuration bits into a field in the ad7923_state struct, since depending on the RANGE bit, the range goes either from 0 to VREF or from 0 to 2 * VREF. So we need to know the setting of the RANGE bit when calculating the scale. iio: events: Make iio_push_event() IRQ context save
Currently it is not save to call iio_push_event() from hard IRQ context since the IIO event code uses spin_lock()/spin_unlock() and it is not save to mix calls to spin_lock()/spin_unlock() from different contexts on the same lock. E.g. if the lock is being held in iio_event_chrdev_read() and an interrupts kicks in and the interrupt handler calls iio_push_event() we end uo with a deadlock. This patch updates iio_push_event() to use spin_lock_irqsave()/ spin_unlock_irqstrestore(), since it can be called from both IRQ and non-IRQ context. All other other users of the lock, which are always run in non-IRQ context, are updated to spin_lock_irq()/spin_unlock_irq().
