d0fdb5a58e [ARM] 4360/1: S3C24XX: regs-udc.h remove unused macro
The S3C2410_UDC_SETIX() macro is not used and won't be used by the udc
driver, so delete it.

9fddda232c [ARM] 4004/1: S3C24XX: UDC remove implict addition of VA to regs
Remove the implicit addition of a virtual address
to the UDC registers. This should have been done
by ioremap() in the driver, not by a static map.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
