76f9f87fa5 powerpc: Get iseries to compile with ARCH=powerpc 
This moves the Device_List member from struct device_node to
struct pci_dn, which cleans up the device_node and makes the code
a little simpler.

99a2379cdd powerpc: move hvCall.s to powerpc/platforms/iseries 
Rename it to hvcall.S and (so I can do that) rename hvcall.c
to hvlog.c - a more appropriate name.

Do some white space cleanups.
