Codec specific metadata is sent only for first stream in gapless
playback. This causes incorrect configuration to be set for second
stream and distortions are observed due to framedrops in adsp.
Add support to send codec specific format during start of
next stream in gapless using set_next_track_param.

Currently, metadata such as min/max block size is sent only for first
stream in FLAC gapless playback. This causes incorrect configuration
and, subsequently, framedrops in decoding of second stream and onwards
By sending these additional flac metadata, dsp receives stream-wise
metadata and decodes without dropping

In addition to bringing in upstream commits, this merge also makes minor
changes to mainitain compatibility with upstream:
The definition of list_next_entry in qcrypto.c and ipa_dp.c has been
removed, as upstream has moved the definition to list.h. The implementation
of list_next_entry was identical between the two.
irq.c, for both arm and arm64 architecture, has had its calls to
__irq_set_affinity_locked updated to reflect changes to the API upstream.
Finally, as we have removed the sleep_length member variable of the
tick_sched struct, all changes made by upstream commit ec804bd do not
apply to our tree and have been removed from this merge. Only
kernel/time/tick-sched.c is impacted.

Cancel the optimization of compiler for struct snd_compr_avail
which size will be 0x1c in 32bit kernel while 0x20 in 64bit
kernel under the optimizer. That will make compaction between
32bit and 64bit. So add packed to fix the size of struct
snd_compr_avail to 0x1c for all platform.

Compressed passthrough gives the user the flexibility to decode the audio
data on end device.
Configure the ADSP so that the data gets passthrough without decoding.

snd_pcm_uframes_t is defined as unsigned long so it would take
different sizes depending on 32 or 64bit architectures. As we don't
want this ABI incompatibility, and there is no real 64bit user yet,
let's make it the fixed size with __u32.
Also bump the protocol version number to 0.1.2.

Add a new ioctl to support metadata mode in lpa driver. This ioctl
allows lpa driver to work in default alsa compliant mode and also
metadata mode.

As noted in Documentation change, we add API to send metadata of encoder and
padding delay to DSP. Also add API for indicating EOF and switching to
subsequent track
