Vinayak Menon a874ea1be4 Revert "vmstat: Reduce time interval to stat update on idle cpu" ... This reverts commit f2d841b160. This patch is one among the 6 patches that were initially picked to fix an issue where tasks were getting blocked in reclaim path. But these patches are found to cause cpu wakeups.
