5c2005ff8a gtaxl: label the OMX libraries as being from A520FXXUGCTKA in the comment for them in gtaxlwifi-vendor.mk 
They've remained unchanged in that newer version of Samsung's firmware for
the SM-A520F.

d31bd7e6d1 gtaxlwifi: label the GPS blobs as being from P580ZSS1CTI1 in the comment for them in gtaxlwifi-vendor.mk 
They've remained unchanged in that version of Samsung's stock firmware for
the SM-P580, which is newer than the T580XXS5CTK1 firmware from which they
were originally taken from.

90b5c7c2df gtaxl: import wcnss_filter from A520FZTU4BRB1 
This wcnss_filter binary is 64-bit, while the old one is only 32-bit.

d779fc7376 Remove libOMX.Exynos.VP9.Decoder.so. 
This didn't work due to no support for hardware accelerated VP9 video
decoding.

b58550df92 Update gpsd and gps.default.so from T580XXS5CTD1. 
Modifications made to gpsd to get it to work:
 * SSLv3_client_method has been replaced with SSLv23_method:
$ sed -i "s/SSLv3_client_method/SSLv23_method\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00/" gpsd
 * The android.hidl.base@1.0 dependancy has been removed using patchelf:
$ patchelf --remove-needed android.hidl.base@1.0.so gpsd

No modifications were made to gps.default.so.

e5bd6dbc30 gtaxl: Add protobuf vendorcompat lib 
Our blobs are compiled against libprotobuf-full-cpp.so, but
starting in R, Android is using a versioned naming approach,
e.g. libprotobuf-cpp-full-3.9.1.so.

The entry in public.libraries.txt is needed to allow the
linker to find and use the lib outside the VNDK.
